What We Do
We offer a host of services that are tailored to each client’s timeline, budgetary considerations, goals and vision. Our comprehensive services include: initial space planning, conceptual design and design development, interior construction document production, contract administration and final product placement review.
MatchLine Design Group works closely with Architects, Contractors and Consultants on new-construction and renovation projects to ensure quality workmanship and strong attention to detail. Our collaborative approach results in a well-executed finished product.

Lesley and Tamara founded MatchLine Design Group with a shared vision to provide relevant, current design for clients seeking affordable luxury. The duo, backed by their individual experience and 20-plus-year friendship, balance each other as they lead their tightly-knit, dynamic team of designers to execute ideas with great care and attention.
Lesley Hughes Wyman
Principal/Partner, RID, NEWH, ASID, IIDA
As a registered interior designer, Lesley brings close to 25 years of industry experience to her role as a co-founding principal of MatchLine Design Group. Prior to joining forces with her long-time friend and business partner Tamara Ainsworth in 2009, she held various design roles at renowned firms, which allowed her to refine her craft. Lesley has overseen the completion of a number of notable full-service projects including Embassy Suites, DoubleTree and other Hilton and Marriott properties, Estancia del Norte Tapestry by Hilton Collection in San Antonio, the historic conversion of the Federal Reserve Bank in Kansas City for Hilton, The Lodge of Four Seasons at Lake Ozark and Taj Blue Diamond Resort. She holds a degree in interior design from Texas State University and her professional affiliations include IIDA, ASID and NEWH for which she has served in various leadership and committee roles.
Tamara Ainsworth
Principal/Partner, RID, NEWH, ASID
Tamara is a co-founding principal of MatchLine Design Group and registered interior designer with over 20 years of industry experience. She began her design career in multi-family properties before turning her focus and honing her skills in hospitality design. Tamara completed numerous John Q. Hammons properties while at a highly respected boutique design firm. Current design work includes numerous full-service projects for well-known brands such as Hilton, IHG, Hyatt and Marriott, as well as Estancia del Norte Tapestry Collection by Hilton, the historic conversion of the Kansas City Federal Reserve Bank with Hilton, The Lodge of Four Seasons, a joint project for the Dallas Farmers Market artisanal food market and several Comanche Nation Indian properties. Tamara holds an English degree from Wake Forest University and an interior design degree from El Centro College. She is an active member of ASID and the NEWH Dallas Chapter.
