As a Registered Interior Designer and Co-Founder of MatchLine Design Group, Lesley brings more than 25 years of experience shaping thoughtful, hospitality-driven interiors. Since co-founding the firm with longtime friend and business partner Tamara Ainsworth in 2009, she has helped lead the studio’s growth through a design approach rooted in creativity and collaboration.

Before launching MatchLine Design Group, Lesley refined her expertise at several respected design firms, building a strong foundation in full-service interior design and project leadership. Her portfolio includes a range of notable hospitality projects, including Embassy Suites, DoubleTree and other Hilton properties, Estancia del Norte – Tapestry Collection by Hilton in San Antonio, multiple Tempo by Hilton locations, Delta Wichita Falls, numerous Marriott properties, and the upcoming Motto by Hilton in Fayetteville, Arkansas.

Lesley earned her Interior Design degree from Texas State University, graduating Summa Cum Laude. She remains actively involved in the design community through professional organizations including ASID and NEWH, where she has served in various leadership and committee roles throughout her career.
