As Co-Founder and Principal of MatchLine Design Group, Tamara brings more than 20 years of experience creating thoughtfully curated interiors across the hospitality and multifamily sectors. Her design career began in multifamily housing before transitioning into hospitality design, where she developed a passion for crafting elevated guest experiences through timeless, functional environments.

Prior to co-founding MatchLine Design Group with longtime friend and business partner Lesley Wyman in 2009, Tamara worked at a highly respected design firms and refined her expertise in full-service interior design.

Today, Tamara leads a wide range of projects for globally recognized brands including Hilton, IHG, Hyatt, and Marriott. Her portfolio includes Estancia del Norte – Tapestry Collection by Hilton, multiple Tempo by Hilton properties, Delta Wichita Falls, the upcoming Motto by Hilton in Fayetteville, Arkansas, a collaborative project at the Dallas Farmers Market artisanal food market, and several Comanche Nation hospitality properties.

Tamara holds a degree in English from Wake Forest University and an Interior Design degree from El Centro College. She is a Registered Interior Designer and an active member of ASID and the NEWH Dallas Chapter.
